  They charged me for chips, even when asked if I wanted chips or a drink and I said no. Walked out the door and noticed it on my receipt, then walked back in for a refund. They had to cancel the order and then recharge me for the correct amount. Checked my CC bill 3 days later and noticed they charged me for the correct amount, but twice. So I had to call my CC company and dispute the double charge.

  2 Hours and 14 minutes it took them to deliver 2 sandwiches 2.0 miles from the location on Olive to my place of business on Page and 170. We, as a local business order quite frequently from this location, average waiting time is 45 to 60 minutes (which is long for a company that prides them selves on being fast), but over 2 hours is a little excessive. I was told it would be about a 45 minute wait due to being short staffed at the time I placed my order at 12:22 pm - understandable, but don't promise something your not even close to being able to deliver as the time was 2:36 pm when my sandwiches arrived.
