  This Starbucks is on my way to work so I will stop when I have a little extra time in the morning. The last 2 times the wait has been absolutely unacceptable. They were severely understaffed this morning and were backed up over 14 drinks. I had already waited for my drink for 20 minutes when I thought about just asking for my money back. I decided to wait since I knew it wasn't really the fault of the workers for it being so backed up. I would have just added more work for them if I asked for a refund. Even though it wasn't her fault, the barista working seemed like she didn't care at all how many people were waiting, worked at the same slow speed the whole time and had a terrible attitude. The cashier, however, would apologize for the wait and went out of his way to thank the people who were patient. After waiting 1 hour from start to finish, I finally received my drink and was 45 minutes late to work.

  Love this place, usually a wait but worth it. Its busy all yhe time buy they get your drink right

  They told me to take off my make America great again hat and they said if I don't they will have the police come .
